How would I make a mod that would replace the color of the rain with a red one? I understand that it is exe related. Rain gfx in GTA SA is completely hard coded. I don't know how to reverse engineer it, but it shouldn't be that hard to modify some hexadecimal values, I would need to know which address of the code it is at. The only visible colors in the game that rain can take are white (water color) and black (unexplained glitch). Regarding the last thing said, I attach a photo:

They are called Falling Black Dots. It is not known what it is, but it seems to be a drop of rain that is black. Encounters with this phenomenon are in areas such as the desert or Mount Chiliad, at night. They are extremely fast, there are many videos on Youtube that show them and I even found them myself. What is the explanation for this phenomenon, a black raindrop appearing in non-rainy weather? How can this event be reproduced? If someone knows great, I know it's a glitch, I want to know the detailed explanation. And also that way get a way to fix it.
