[IDEIA/SA] Weapon smuggler that sells added weapons without replacing (configurable by .ini)

I am sure this has been suggested, but I couldn't find any topic using the search box. If it is a repost, just consider it a bump:

Wouldn't it be cool to have a weapon dealer that sells added weapons (I mean added without replacing, using the fastman limit adjuster feature), configurable by .ini (to separate categories, spawn locations, prices, etc). A dependable guy that behaves like the ammunition seller, but in a more surreptitious way

In my head (I am sure a script like this is super complicated), the ammunation guy's dialogue could be recycled (like "OHH, lost the serial numbers"

), he could spawn in secluded areas like El Castillo del Diablo, Arco del Oeste, Tierra Robada's ruins, the Abandoned Airport or the cabins in Shady Creeks or Mount Chilliad.

It's a pity that the only way to play with added guns is to use a spawner and this mod, which never worked for me (Still curious why).

yeah but how could we added new audio to the game? I want to add gta 5 gang members and i want the audio of them aswell :(
