Description (by the autor):
- This script has been created with the intent of providing a more realistic work out/muscle gain system. Before, the player was able to gain muscle and burn fat at the same time and usually ended up with a contest worthy physique in a very short time and without having to control his fat ratio. This mod works by "postponing" the work out muscle gains until the player has a meal. He will have to consume high calorie meals if he wants to make the most of his efforts at the gym, which will increase his fat. This he will have to burn separately on other occasion. The final objective is to force a bulk/cut cycle for serious bodybuilding.

Features:
* "Postponing" of muscle gains until meal eating.
* Slower muscle gaining.
* Player will lose muscle if he vomits.

Fixes and features (by me)

Fixes:
*Now the mod doesn't stop functioning after eating a hot dog or drinking sprunk, which happend in the mod by default.

Bonus:
The bonus folder includes a hardcore version of the mod.

Features of the hardcore version:
-You have to use the heaviest weights if you want to grow like in real life.
-If you don't use the heaviest weights, you won't grow but you will lose fat, making you defined, like in real life.
-You will get 50-70 points of muscle roughly per workout, which means getting full muscle, will require hard work! daily hard work! and it will take at least 3x times more to get there.
-You have to try different combinations of weights, to get the most of your workout, which means some try and error, making the excercise more interactive and entertaining.
-Remember to acumulate the most strain, that way you will grow more.

TIP: Don't use the regular version mixed with the hardcore version.

Yeah, and did an alternate version, which is harder with the source code, everything i explained there
