GTA SA - Bright tuning bumpers

Hello!
I have a problem with tuning bumpers in GTA SA.
I changed the tuning bumpers on the car and when I put them on, they shine very bright as if they had a very high env value.
I don't even need to edit the original ones, and all I have to do is save them and they will break.
SkyGfx fixes the problem, but I would like them to work without it, and I checked other mods with tuning parts and they work properly, so I am doing something wrong.
I use ZModeler 2.2.5 to edit vehicles and tuning parts.
Although I have been modifying vehicles for many years, I rather made cars for myself and did not make tuning parts, because it was unnecessary for me, because my cars were not used for gameplay.

I have an env set in ZModeler2. Even if I use, for example, the original Uranus bumper, load it into ZModeler2, do not change anything and then save it, it breaks and is glowing in the game.
If you meant SkyGfx, I know this fixes the bug, but I want it to work without it because the mods I downloaded from the internet worked fine.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!

Maybe there is a simpler solution, but it works very well.

After saving the model in ZModeler2, DFF loses two sections when viewing the file in RW Analyze.
There are exactly two tabs at the bottom.

Atomic -> Extension -> UNKNOWN

The UNKNOWN section disappears after saving the DFF in ZModeler2.

To get this section, you need to export the original tuning bumper DFF (whatever bumper it was) and run RW Analyze, opening this DFF, then slide down to the bottom finding the two sections I mentioned.
Now it is enough to export ONE UNKNOWN section eg to the desktop by clicking the right mouse button and selecting "Export Section Data ..".

Now that we have exported our section we are opening our modified DFF with a tuning part in RW Analyze.
We go downstairs again and notice that there is no "UNKNOWN" section.

Now click on Extension and right-click selecting "add section..."
Enter "0x253F2F3" in the blank field

We click OK, then we click the right mouse button and choose "Import Section Data..."

And we choose our exported section.
We do the same below.
This is how it should look right.

Now just save and test in-game.
