Making one of those revival mods.. Want to add ballas in idlewood but only if ballas own that zone of idlewood instead of grove street. How can this be possible?

Fazendo um daqueles mods revival .. Quer adicionar ballas em idlewood, mas apenas se ballas possuem essa zona de idlewood em vez de grove street. Como isso pode ser possível?
