[SA|Help] Why Ballas don't attack me?

I don't know since when, but the Ballas gangs don't attack me unless I do. When they see me they come to me swearing, but no action at all.
I think there is something unexpected in some script. 
the following is potential mods I think the problem:

This can also happen because of game scripts lagging, i have shit ton of Cleo script installed about 300+ and most of the game is breaking now. Note that none of the mod i have installed is outdated or poorly done, it's that the limit of engine is exceeding in some way that game mechanics starts to break.

If i start a new game, sometimes at the start of a supposed Cutscene the game will not start the Cutscene camera, CJ will be spawned with the camera locked with the Cutscene animation playing, and if I'm quick enough to skip the Ccutscene i can progress in the mission otherwise the game soft locks and i have to Abort the mission using some Mod (RZL-Trainer).

I also experience broken audio from time to time, Engine soudns will stop then continue fire sounds, peds screaming all the sounds will start to break the longer i play the game. It's something that was permanently broken with nadalao's Myths, after removing them it's fixed. Now that i reported him this, he did optimize the scripts. But i think it's also because of the Limits in Memory i guess.

I use the 4GB patched Executable from Listener, and I see that the game is using about 3500+ MBs in Task Manager even without any HD mods like ROSA, Insanity, Retexture and stuffs.

Hopefully we'll see reSA one day, or better yet if Definitive Edition turns to be easily moddable.

idk if this is the case with your copy of the game, but this can happen when you have this mod installed. if you do have that then remove it and the problem should fix itself

U G H  i hate that. i have the exact same issue, where sounds just get replaced by other sounds n stuff after a while of playing. it happens a lot less for me now after going through my mods folder and trying to optimize as much as possible, but it still happens.

it's gotta be a memory thing cuz i don't even have mythmaker and it still happens

No, i don't have that Installed. And i think Silent Integrated this in SilentPatch.

Yeah, even after removing Myths Maker and trying to clear cleo_saves and modlader data and with a New save, this is still persistent, but it increases if you have more and more Cleo Scripts installed.
