Nope, it doesn't happen with me. Using the latest version of Manual Drive-By.

Its strange, but it happens to me. I can pass this mission only when I delete MDB remake.

I installed it, and deleted it, too. Better version that doesn't set the default weapon on the vehicles(like sub-machine), uses Left_hand to shoot during CJ driving a car, has no distortion on the hand holding handlebars when seeing backside on the motorbike, doesn't allow CJ to crane out of the window to aim the right side of cars, and has some blindspot where CJ cannot aim or shoot because CJ is driving.
BUT it's better to make a whole new game than to wait this mod to have features I told above.
