So my heavily modded GTA SA has been crashed a lot lately and I don't know why, the first time this error occurred is when I was playing Big Smoke's mission: Just Bussines, it happens when CJ drive-by segments with Big Smoke as a driver on the bike, when the truck turns in the early drive-by segment specifically. And lately, it just random crashes within 5-7 minutes with the same error code, unfortunately, this error code is not yet documented by crash logs. Do you guys know how to solve this problem? Because I really want to continue the story of this game.

Remove (or put a dot at the start) of the Advanced Aiming mod folder and try to play the mission; if works fine then that mod is causing the crash; if not then try to do what say here about "How to find out which mod is giving an error"

Ok, so I've deactivated the Advanced Aiming Mod, and after I ran the mission again an error appeared at the very beginning, namely when CJ and BS were riding motorcycles, the crash log provided a solution, which is disabling the Manual DriveBy Remake mod and I did that. Then I ran the mission again and an error like the beginning of this topic appeared, which is 0x006FF35B. So I will try your suggestion which is to manually check which mods are damaging.

Oh yeah, I have FLA by the way, and I don't have OLA

Update: The problematic mod was LOD Vegetation, I don't know if it's crashed out with my other mod or it's just a new-upload mod.
