Unofficial ImVehFt causing crash/stopped working on startup if installed in modloader

I have used ASI mods in my modloader for years, I haven't played the game for a while. Now I am trying to put ImVehFt in a folder in modloader but it's crashing/stopped working on game startup. Here is the crash log in modloader.log. Because of the access violation reading issue I also installed noDEP.asi but nothing changed(I don't think there is a read/write permission missing, because my game is not installed in C:). The mod works fine in main/root GTA SA folder. This is the crash log, no other mod. Just ASI Loader, modloader.asi and ImVehFt in modloader.

I was using downgraded Steam version, now I downloaded the hoodlum cracked version and tried again, it works fine. Now I learned, downgrade isn't downgrading your game fully.
