[SA-idea] Grauman's Chinese theater and tourist/pedestrians in front

We know the Cathay theater is based on Grauman's/Mann's chinese theater in Los Angeles.
In real life, it's a huge tourist spot and there are loads of people dressed up as different fictional and real characters to take photos with.
Perhaps a CLEO mod/script might be able to recreate this sort of tourist thing going on?
Would be nice if someone could re-texture the Cathay into the real theater too.
