I have a mod idea that can be really helpful, especially when you have a shitton of mods
FPS Reader (I couldn't come up with a better name) is a mod that gives you info on which mod takes the most progress of gta sa
it can really useful for example, you installed a mod, and suddenly the game starts lagging, so instead of going into countless hours of headaches trying to find the mod that caused it, you can use FPS Reader and see which mod eats the most fps of your game and remove it
my concept is that It'll read the names of the folders in modloader, (ex: mod that changes grove street gang members is in a folder named (new gsf gang members hd)) and shows every mod you installed on modloader on the ingame screen, and next to it is a counter that shows how much the fps is used when using said mod
I believe the mod should be a .asi and with a .ini so you can configure which settings you want to use and want no

The problem with your idea is that each mod is not running in its own separate virtual machine. They're all on the same cpu/gpu clock. So the best any third-party program can do would be to monitor your changes and alert you when something breaks. And, again, that would be a separate program running ON TOP of gta, and very likely to be a bottleneck all on its own.

The topic has been moved to the English section.
To find the English section, go to the initial page, scroll down to the bottom and there you will find "English - All games".

an alternative way to use this mod is that after clicking a specific button the mod will create a .txt file, leaving all the info about every mod and its usage, that way it won't bottleneck the game (if possible)

after some time I finaly thought of an idea with minimal usage, the mod will only show the mods the game is currently using (ex I installed a mod that won't activate until I used or did a specific action) that way the mod won't bottleneck the game
