The car sounds in GTA SA are just a loop of the first gear of real cars.

So what I'm suggesting here is making cars sound better like 1st gear, 2rd gear, 3rd gear, 4th gear, 5th gear, 6th gear, and revving sound and downshifting sound and slow start and hard start.
