[SA] Changing FOV without moving player camera

As people know when u use something to change the FOV in GTA SA it change the total FOV like a Unzoom and it gives a too far camera from the player and it also ugly when the player is running so it would be nice if it only a FOV changer, not like an camera unzoom, something that changes only the horizon FOV.
