Hellooo, It's been a long time, 7 days ago I was creating some great effects taking part of many good mods like Overdose, New Great Effects, Project Reality and of course... Ezekiel's effects
, but sometimes it's just tedious not having the effects adapted to Effects Loader to make things simpler, so I just spent a couple hours doing it, and If someone needs it there you go, enjoy:

Some great tip:
As you may notice, the last version of Ezekiel's Effects doesn't have the good old classic steam in the rain , and instead, it uses a new effect of Rain Dust, which is basically trash floating in the air and moved by the force of the wind, if you don't like this, just open FxsFuncs.ini from the Effects Asi folder of the mod then:
put a # before "AddRain_Steam = rain_dust"
set RainSteamAlphaMult = 1.5 to 0.1 or 0.3 not too much remember that
RainSteamWindMult = 0.0 to -1
set RainSteamZOffset = 5.0 to -1
and finally set RainSteamPercent = 1 to 100
RainSteamMaxHeight = 100 to -1
It is mandatory that you use this effects that I adapted to effects loader, because additionally:
You have to create a folder called, ".ignore" inside the effects folder that you have in the models folder of the game, and cut the "prt_splash " and put it there (in ". ignore"), or just delete that folder, the ignore folder is just an idea of mine to make some backup in case you'll need it back, you should make a backup of your FxsFuncs settings too. And that's all, you'll get back that classic rain with a lot of Rain Steam.
