Added reflect to the windows. SkyGFX Env pipeline required to see the reflect effect.

You are using the IDs used for functional ferris wheel mod.
You should use free ids from this list: https://tuningmod.mixmods.com.br/p/ids.html
Also, some files are using too common names. I posted on MixMods fixing these problems.

I marked these IDs for your mod: 17993-17999[107] (but ID 17999 is still free if you need it).
