This will be very difficult. I haven't finished at least 2 big projects yet. Loading screens without logo and a time cycle.
But after them, I'll try to take it.

There's a Denise artwork and also an actual oficial Barbara artwork if you want to use it, I have some files I've collected with a bunch of oficial artworks from the game, I'll send you when I get home

Some "exclusive" artworks you should use:
If I'm not wrong you can add more load screen images and the game will load them normally, at least it worked before when I tried

Tentei adicionar além de "loadsc14" dentro de LOADSC.txd (ex.: loadsc15...) mas o jogo continua randomizando de 1 à 14, que é o valor original. Também já tentei usar o "restore PS2 loadscreens" que tem para o III e Vice City, pois o código fonte também verifica se é SA, mas também não funcionou. Tu tentou de alguma outra forma?

I tried add more load screens beyond "loadsc14" inside LOADSC.txd (ex.: loadscreen15...) but the game still randomize between 1 and 14. Did you do it any other way?
I did the same as you, it still random, but the new ones appeared (not sure if it works though, tested it a long time ago)
