Hi, after the Transparent Menu mod i developed for Gta San Andreas, you asked me to make this mod for Gta Vice City. I did my mod. It works smoothly, as you can see in the video.
i leave the update notes of my mod below.
You can find the installation in the "Readme.txt" in rar.

V1.1.0 Update Notes(02/10/2022 - 10:54 with Turkey time);
1 - ) I solved the mouse stuck problem on the menu with SilentPatch. With my mod, we can now use SilentPatch together in peace.
2 - ) In my mod, as with my other transparent menu mod, we will now be able to adjust the menu transparency.
