Is it possible to make a dismemberment mod for GTA SA, where the hand or feet is blown off by a shotgun or an explosion completely or the skin goes off & we can see the muscles of it? This system is present in Red Dead Redemption 2. Also, the head should not disappear immediatelyafter being shot. It might be possible with textures. Same as Bulletholes mod.

Yeah, someone should recreate that in GTA SA. With RDR2's Style.
