mod que faça a m4 ser silenciada e ter as mesmas propriedades que a silenced pistol de os peds nao escutarem os tiros e de nao ter eco quando atira
If you have fastman limit adjuster, you can do it easily editing the file "gtasa_weapon_config.dat" in the data folder of your GTA SA. The file won't be there if you don't have the mod though, which is a must-have.
As a matter of fact, you can make any weapon silenced following this tutorial. It's long but it's worth reading if you wanna get familiar with the awesome possibilities of that limit adjuster.
