Seria legal até se reutilizasse as animações já existentes no jogo de luta
Numa forma conceitual seria mais ou menos assim:
Faz o combo do estilo de luta atual do CJ, e ao realizar o último golpe caso haja mais inimigos próximos ele pode efetua-lo novamente em cada um, matando na hora.
Poderia haver um sistema de fluidez também, quanto mais golpes você acertar mais rápido serão os próximos, vários jogos com sistemas de luta bem feitos são assim tipo os da série Batman Arkham, Sleeping Dogs e talz

This second one is unreleased but oh my god, it's such a waste, it is incredible.
I would be willing to script some dope fighting addons if i had someone who could create the animations.

Isso me lembra Def Jam Fight , q vai enchendo a barra de adrenalina a cada golpe q vc da, e ele fica no modo putasso dando os golpes mais fortes por um tempo. e o combo especial. o jogo todo é baseado nisso, bons tempos de ps2...

Check it, i've never released it as a mod, because it's practically an edition, but it works well.
At least "finishers does" which is a creation i made based on the original mod.
If you press: AIM + C While aiming at an enemy, while they try to shoot you, or when they are unarmed with less than 25 health, you will "execute them" with one of the killing animations.
however, i made them fall off to the ground when the animation finished, to blend in with the game and cut the animation, and also because if i made them die with it, whenever the ambulance came, they would come back to life and stay freezed.
I don't remember what i did to "combat system" but i think i improved the way it works or something or changed the keys i don't know, just try fighting and covering and take it from there.

Working flawlessly, it would be even better if it had the features I mentioned like being able to chain attack enemies by successfully executing one then pressing AIM + C again to automatically execute the other one nearby.
Also being able to trigger the attacks by blocking an enemy attack then quickly pressing AIM +C like in GTA IV
EDIT: silly me didn't notice that was already in
Adding slow motion and blur to the attacks for a cinematic Metal Gear V effect.
EDIT2: Had a issue. Sometimes when I execute gang members and drug dealers they survive, get up and walk away. Everyone nearby leaves combat too

We could recycle most animations from this combat system mod, and there's a lot of ped.ifp edits with some good combat animations too.

Yes, i am aware people sometimes walk away, i forgot to make them attack after, i think i will make them get knocked down, so that they take at least 30 seconds to get up.
they don't lose health when you take them down, but you get the drop on them by doing it, also, drug dealers, are hardcoded, gangbangers not so much, but they don't usually function like regular pedestrians, iguess i'll find away around it.
Send me all the fighting animations you can find then, i'll see what i can do.

Could you add the same camera focus used on
this mod when executing someone, alongside some blur and slow motion like in the video?
Also found an animation that looks like the first takedown demonstrated and a nelson hold/chokehold animation, a very popular grappling hold

Well for the moment I uninstalled it. The mod has a big potential, but try to make it more effective and complete.

Nevermind that, I hadn't tested it enough
They do get up but they still lose health, they just don't get instantly killed by the takedown like normal pedestrians do which is fine by me just make them be KO'd by it like you said before and it's perfect

Found a mod that reutilizes the hijack animations to make CJ throw peds, it's amazing.
But the force of the throw is very unrealistic, instantly kills them and doesn't really correspond to the animation. Even worse, it was supposed to throw the target to the left or to the right depending on CJ positioning but it is actually throwing them upwards like when a giant attacks you in Skyrim and sends you to heaven.
Maybe you could fix those issues and merge it into CQC?

Press backspace when standing on the left/right of a ped to test it
It was supposed to throw the ped to the opposite direction, like the hijack animation.
Fixing that would make it very fun, I actually managed to get some throws correctly and one was epic, there was a soldier across the other side of the Area 69 fence and I used it on him, it looked like CJ was bashing the soldier head into the fence.
This gives me another idea, what about locational and situational CQC? Executing a ped near a obstacle to make CJ bash the ped head into it.
And situational could be like, if CJ is equipped with a knife he'd stab the ped guts then slice his neck, if equipped with a silenced pistol he'd pistol whip and shoot the ped

Try this version of finishers.
What i added and improved.
-Added reactions to peds around, in the case of it being a gangbanger with his gang around, they will attack you.
-If it's a cop, you'll get a wanted level.
-Now dealers and gangbangers don't get up without making an animation (most of the time)
-The execution will be interrupted in the objective ain't performing the animation, making the mod less predictable.
-set the angle of the objective while making the animation, which means they won't be facing to the sides, while performing the animation as they do some times.

My focus is finishers, i don't really care about combat system, let me know how this one works.
I will do the focus of the camera once the animation stuff is sorted out and working perfectly.

I downloaded the animations you provided, i know for a fact that the CQC Ones are from a wrestling mod, you can search for that around, but they are very badly done and don't merge with the default ones from the game (as the ones we have do)
What i would recomend is to look for animations that change the fighting style, we change the names of those, put them inside FIGHTG.ifp and create new finishers with them.
About the trowing animation, the problem with that one is that it makes the actor appear sitting before CJ throws him, and looks very off and bad, i got some ideas myself, i'll be adding new stuff i can find.

Reactions are too slow, they take a long time to notice someone is being attacked, I did a finisher on a ped and there was a cop nearby, I only got wanted when I attacked that same ped twice (since the finishers are not dealing damage anymore, was that intentional?).
Gangsters still walk away but thanks to the reaction after a few seconds they return to combat, but it's kinda odd to watch them happily watching their buddy get beaten up by CJ instead of immediately doing something.

I know right, they looked better in the GTA Animation Manager :/
And I was wrong, it's quite hard to find good combat animations that fit in the game, most animations are too fast or just ugly

Well I don't very like the mod, it doesn't respond properly, I even don't how to use it, when I press AIM+C it randomly works, also when i press AIM+SPACE, finally I don't know how to use it. But you did a good job. You just have to test it by yourselft and fix it.

You gotta press AIM+C while in combat with a ped, and he must have low health or has to be shooting at you
