[IDEA/SA] Increase(or edit) the impact force of all explosion in GTASA

In unmodded SA,when you hit the car with RPG,the car just move a little bit then explode,and when exploding,the car just jump a little.
So if increase the impact force of explosion,the rpg will hit the vehicles or peds more faraway or the car will bomb higher and flip which looks more funny and cooler.

If there is possibility that could make the upwards force of explosion increased,the car and peds will bomb higher that makes the effect seems more powerful and enjoyable.

I installed some explosion mods(like nuclear mod or creating explosion mods),and these mods could make explosion more powerful so I think it is possible to edit the impact force of explosion.

I search all around and can't find such mod that edit the explosions,I also learned scripting,trying to make such mod by myself,I learned to the 10 episode of gta3script tutorial ,I think I could understand the very based coding grammar that teached by the tutorial but my translate tool is not good...

So if anyone know such mod existed or if anyone could tell me how to make such mod pleeeeeease tell me
