Tuned Cars Roaming Streets Bug :|

So i installed the "Tuned Cars Roaming Streets" Mod and it had two CLEOs in it "nfs.cs" and "CARLOAD.cs" so first i installed the "nfs.cs" and i didn't see one car even after searching for them for over 15 minutes. Then i tried the "CARLOAD.cs" and it showed it's purpose now i was able to 2 or 3 different type of cars roaming tuned as awesome! But ! :
Only this cars appear like that. I think i might have installed some "carmods.dat" mod which bugged this car model. Rest works fine.

You're with other car parts installed, isn't it obvious?

Is there's a file called "vehmods.ide/dat" I don't remember cuz i'm on a Mobile, so can't be sure, could it have something with this?

Here is the parts .dff file name which is causing the problem.
