Crash when starting the game (Limit Adjuster SAMP Addon)

**After reinstalling windows 10 and the disk format** game crashing in the middle of the bar when running SAMP. I did some reinstalls gta and found a reason why the game is not working, limit adjuster (Project 2dfx) and samp addon are incompatible together (I had these mods installed and game works before i did reinstall windows).
