Yea you can run GTA SA on most linux distros. Although note you might give away a lot of FPS in comparison with windows.

I've tested on Ubuntu, Manjaro & Linux Mint. But you should also be able to do that for Debian and kali.

Install your drivers first and then install WINE

Thank you very much, I also installed steam on a debian distribution, and when I restarted the machine this screen appeared
Could you also tell me how I update the drives?

Check your package manager or download them directly.
