enlarged the abandoned city land more (apparently I have an issue with scaling sense on 3ds max for environments - need to fix that), reduced the numbers of generic buildings (will add more unique buildings for the city later). merged the paths/roads (was kinda painful XD - maybe I did/do it wrongly...

In my experience, I can't put any single object into the game with more than 32,767 vertices .dff, or 2,000 vertices .col (cars and peds can have more). If I go over, those objects will not render.
