The same bug I noticed with gear change mod, I deleted that script which forces all the NPCs to perform gear change animation and the problem was gone.

As you know, Imvehft adds glowing glowing numberplate function at game, but the glowing numberplate still persists even when the vehicle is exploded. What you think about fixing this?

Yea, latest version.And one more bug, paintjobs take time to load when shamal is spawned, initially for some seconds The interior turns to grey, then suddenly paintjob appears.
