I changed my Windows computer to Mac, and GTA SA is the only game I play and will play (probably).

I searched "Mac" on this site but no result comes out. 

Is it possible to use mods (like SilentPatch, Cleo or something) on MacOS?

Do you know how to restore the taxi horn which is replaced after the 50 fares taxi mission?
I really am willing to modify any file from GTA SA. 
I want the game to be reallistic as much as possible.... Does anyone have an idea?
   

Como você sabe, se você liberou 50 passageiros da missão de táxi, a tecla da buzina (Caps lock por padrão) de cada táxi seria substituída para salto. E eu realmente não gosto disso e quero que volte ao normal. Eu sugiro um tipo de mod de retrocesso, mas eu ficaria muito grato se você apenas me disse...

I don't know since when, but the Ballas gangs don't attack me unless I do. When they see me they come to me swearing, but no action at all.   I installed it, and deleted it, too. Better version that doesn't set the default weapon on the vehicles(like sub-machine), uses Left_hand to shoot during CJ driving a car, has no distortion on the hand holding handlebars when seeing backside on the motorbike, doesn't allow CJ to crane out of the ...

.. I guess it's a matter of competibility in those txd files, like when you bring some t-shirt.txd skin in, it will get along with any other Player skin regardless of skin color, but the txd with long sleeves, it needs to be done something to make the color of hands or neck(showing part) be ignored...

One tattoo (like, lower left arm part) disappears when other tattoo (like lower arm right) has been carved. 
I think some tattoo txd files overrides others.
How can I make those txd files compatible with each other?
Please, share your wisdom. I would be very appreciating.
  

I deleted that mod because it automatically turn off the radio, which I do not want at all. But after I deleted this mod from modloader, the radio automatically turns off by itself. I reinstalled the cleo, cleo+, and deleted cleo_save files, but neither works. How can I take care of this radio-atta...

I have a same or similar problem. 
When CJ looks other peds due to the game-built-in interaction between peds and CJ, CJ keeps looking at where he looked at first even though I moved him quite far away from that interaction, even in aiming guns at any direction.

You may need to give more information: 1. What exactly happens when you try to answer the phone? 2. Does it occur only with a specific call (from the normal game or some mod), or with any call? 3.
