Cheat Menu v1.8
I've tested most of the stuff of the menu both on moonloader v0.26 and v0.27 and seems to work fine for me. Just to let you know, the FPS bug is still there and I hope to resolve it sometime in the future (stays few seconds after startup). If anyone finds bugs and issues with this version please let me know.

I can not enter/exit the car by pressing F/Enter. When I press these buttons when the car is moving, the car slows down.

Fixed some bugs which caused crashes previously,
1. Fixed "Cheat Deactivate" messages appearing on menu reload.
2. Player invisiblity option is now saved in ini file.
3. Fixed crash with freeze mission timer.
4. Fixed crash while opening gang zone density menu.
5. Fixed a issue with stats tab that caused stats not to change properly.
6. Fixed crash with no traffic vehicles checkbox.
7. Fixed crashes with money text format checkbox.
The FPS issue still seems to exist. I've done multiple tests regarding the issue and found it to only occur after each system restart. It'd be great if someone could verify my findings. I'm open to suggestions.

Done some more changes,
1. Fixed top menus having spaces in some sizes.
2. Added image scaling
3. Added no vehicles, no peds, freeze mission timer.
4. Fixed weather changing issue with freeze time.
5. Replacd airbreak mode with a new camera mode.
6. Updated the text on Script manager to wrap.
7. Updated the about menu tab and forum link.

It does. You just can't fail mission while a cutscene is playing.

Only this fps drop after loading.
But I noticed one serious bug since first CM versions. When I change the time and freeze it, and start for example just driving on the map, the weather in my game starts changing literally every 10-15 seconds.

Done.
Also, possible to add a new option that lets you type in for e.g. "clock" or "time" or something like that to change time without having to bring up the menu and edit time there (like this mod https://www.mixmods.com.br/2018/04/chan ... clima.html ).
That'll require some work. Maybe sometime later.

Added new weapon icon backgrounds along with some more fixes,

1. Fixed a issue with LoadImages function which caused crashes in certain cases.
   - Weapon images are now jpg
2. Fixed a issue with Solid water which caused the object not to despawn when the checkbox was toggled off.

When you open the menu for the first time, or by leaving a lot of menus open (such as animation). 
hmm. Maybe cause there are nearly 1700 animations. I could add an option to limit the number though.

Tip: Since you have the option to untap the vehicle, you could have the option to flip it. When you need to look under the vehicle it is very difficult to get it right.
I could change how the unflip button works. If the car is unflipped it'll flip it but if it already flipped it'll unflip it.

It's actually a known issue. Instead of the fps issue occurring all the time while the menu is open, now it appears to happen only once at startup. Anyway, the code behind the image loading & drawing was improved and it shouldn't be that hard to get the similar performance of v1.7

I've just tested it on a clean moonloader 0.27 preview 3 installation and it seems to work fine for me. You might have missed some files while copying?

Fixed the tune tab crash and fps issue mentioned above along with some other changes,

1. Fixed FPS bugs causing huge fps loss while the menu was open
2. Animations list will appear sorted now
3. Added reload and reset buttons to menu/config
4. Now vehicle speed go down to 0 if skin is changed
5. Removed some obsolete code
6. Updated the ui scaling a bit (GetSize)
