If you just want to fix Better Skybox compatibility, change the IDs from 15134 to 15154. If you want to change all IDs, use this: 15763-15999 . I don't know how many objects are needed, tell me and I'll mark there for other mods don't use it. Thanks for the help but there is like 319 objects which ...

A new update: Some important changes been made, 1.Graffiti props are made optional now.So savegames should work. 2.Fixed problems with collision walls. 3.Removed few placements 4.Fixed problems with grass & litter collisions(Thanks to kkjj) 5.This version should be much more stable than previous one...
