A lot of people, including me, use your mod with the argument "I would rather increase the number of objects on the original game map than make it with HD graphics", because it keeps the feel. Its like as if Rockstar was less lazy to create the game, and / or had created it for a slightly more powerful platform. It's like Rockstar hadn't been lazy when creating the game.

1. Less amount of props, for sure, then try to fill the entire map with fewer props. That is, it's better to have new props for the entire map, instead of a lot of props on Grove Street and fuck off Santa Maria Beach.

2. Only SA props. If some original SA prop is not so good (there is some trash cans without texture etc), fix that prop. So your mod will be used to make the original game better instead of just another HD map mod. It's also easier to create.

Check comments, some guys said about crashes, but I don't know.
In my opinion there is too much objects in some locations.
The "Stop" sign in from of CJ when starting the game is no sense too, that is not a road.

I found the problem: ID 3125.
Deleted all lines with this object, and done, fixed.

Hello Everybody, unfortunately my game crash when I'm at San Fierro near the garage and wang car shop. I deleted all my mods except better skybox and still crashing. So I conclude that there is an incompatibility between both. I kept Better Skybox instead of it waiting for a fix.

Not sure how that occurred tough. You sure you added mipmapping cause as far as I remember @Junior_Djjr added mipmaps a while back which I also included from later releases. 
I think he added mipmaps with some max limit (can be configured during mass conversion). 
I think you don't need to worry about.

Fixed. I think the game just cant read new .COL file from new .IMG. Then I extracted all files from .IMG and added .TXT file into ModLoader with this line.
COLFILE 0 data\maps\Pp.col
Yeah, the game has col file limit, you can use fastman92 limit adjuster to increase the limit, but this way you said is easier.
The .col file in this way will be loaded on the game all time, but in this case it's ok, because it's props, and they are used in any map location. Using this way there is no file limit.

Thanks for the help but there is like 319 objects which won't fit into 15763-15999.Either i have to split those ids in different tanges or use this range[color=#444444]14000-14500[/color]  
But you can't use 14000-14500 also.
Use this: 19200-19599.
399 in total, do you think you need more?

You used the same model IDs as Better Skybox.
