Many mod even the best one are sometimes incompatible with the game storyline mission. Vehfuncs incompatibility with missions

I actually noticed that with vehfuncs installed, the game crash during Ryder mission after exiting mission and during Reuniting the families, the camera stop suddenly, the car disappear but you can notice that Ryder, Smoke and Sweet are still driving without you.

Is it something which happens in Los Angeles? Because I think it's present in Vice City to make it look like 90s miami cop movie. Los Angeles (Los Santos) is much more a war area because of gang and any other kind of criminals.

I would be very interesting to get a mod that adds some renewable random events depending of the zone and the time and the day. These random events will be some npc doing something else, and we'll be able to interact with them or not by being just a spectator.

GTA III police behavior for GTA SA

In GTA III, when you got 1 wanted star and you jump on a car roof for example, the police officer take his pistol and begin to shoot at you. In GTA SA, it's not the case, he continues to run trying to catch you even if it's impossible for him.
