[III|VC|SA|Other] Cheat Menu

A cheat menu for games that allows a large set of modifications/cheats to be applied enabling a much more easier & amusing gameplay.

Features:

Teleportation
Game memory read/writing
Vehicle & weapon spawners
Vehicle speed, fps, vehicle health, vehicle gear meters
Skin changer & Ped spawner
Set of options regarding game & visual changes
And more...

it would be great if you add all the original cheat codes, like flying cars or mega jump.

I'm having a problem that after a while the menu goes off alone and the mouse click stops working and you can not open the menu again until you close the game and open it again. (It seems that it is by touching the menu "Player")

And I have some suggestions for the mod:
Have option to save configuration of spawn cars by typing the name (To not need to activate every time you close and open the game)
Have the names of the vehicles along with the images.
Pack up the car
Put option to when the new car appears the old car disappears.

An funny bug.

I've also tested with regular cars, RCs and bikes. Don't work with helis and planes, though.

Another things:
The "Slut Magnet" cheat don't work in the menu.
And the "Peds attacking eachotter with golfclub" makes people attack with guns instead.
Airbreak controls are confusing.
