[SA-Help] Mod creation: Having to aim to shoot

In GTA San Andreas, you can just press the key/click to shoot, without having to have aimed before.

The problem I see with this is that the weapon's recoil disappears, the bullets fired come out with 100% accuracy, and it doesn't matter what weapon you use.
And when you point and shoot, the ricoil and precision properties are correct.

I would like to make a mod that forces you to aim in order to shoot, maybe this pseudocode will help me understand what I want:

player_can_shoot = False

Hello, the srcipt did not work for me, due to an error in the line:IF IS_ANY_FIRE_BUTTON_PRESSED PAD1I have cleo+ support in the GTA3script compiler. Could it be that I need something else?
I saw the "check if you are holding a firearm", and the example presented if it worked for me.
