[SA/Help] FxsFuncs and SkyGFX crash problem

Latest updated versions of these two mods are incompatible with each other. I can run the game only either using FxsFuncs or SkyGFX. When using both mods you cant launch the game and crashes while loading. Confirmed on discord help channel.
