[SA] SkyGfx v4.2b + Extended v1.3 Dual pass problem

At the latest version of skygfx v4.2b+Extended v1.3 dual pass is not applied for custom vegetations mods anymore like ( Behind Space Of Realities – Lost And Damned (C-LAD-1), which was working well at previous versions of skygfx.
So plz fix this issue.

note: dual pass for vegetations mod works when disable explicitBuildingPipe at older versions
