So the Grotti showroom isn't used and texture packs for Los Angeles in 1992 or similar usually manage to replace the badge sign with the Ferrari badge but the building model remains the same, unused and with the Grotti logo front and centre.

Perhaps someone could add in a working dealership with some of the nicer cars in the game? At the very least the Turismo and the Cheetah as they are analogues for the F40 and Testarossa in San Andreas.

I've tried googling images of Ferrari of Beverly Hills in the 90's to no avail so I don't know if there are images out there or if you just need a bit of artistic licence but perhaps making that dealership a high end cars one and making it functional or at least have some sort of life around it would be a good immersion adder to the game? It's just sat there doing nothing at the minute.

Perhaps Project Urbanize will include it in future updates. Zeneric could also make a good work with it.

Was looking for older photos but the oldest I could find is from 2007. The building looks the same since then, all they changed was the facade. If there are older photos, perhaps even from the inauguration, I'm sure are stored in private collections, after all, it's just a dealership, not a prominent building with historical importance.

The game version seems to be a made-from-scratch design since it doesn't look like the actual building at all, just the generic dealership looking.

In the meantime, there are some mods that add parked Turismos, Super GTs & Cheetahs outside the dealership. You can also do that with the parked cars maker mod.
