Vice City HQ Radio is a GTA Vice City mod that gives the radio stations high quality songs, from Spotify
for K Chat and VCPR, I used ai upscale to fix the audio noise, it's not much, but it's better than nothing
this mod also includes the DJs' intros, midway and outros section from the Official Soundtrack Box Set, I found them a great way to introduce the DJs and the stations to the player so I added them

If you have no problem, could you upload it to Google Drive or MediaFire? For some time now Sharemods for some reason has an absurdly slow speed with certain IPs:
