[SADE] Zen Wheel Pack [WIP/REL]

Just finished one wheel for GTA SA DE (for Alpha and Greenwood - these both vehicles share same tires).

Displaced tyres. Made from scratch 3d rims with proper vehicle retex textures used as reference.
Textures baked by Substance Painter.

Will do more.

Rims now reflective and the tires less dirt. Also completed infernus wheel. Download is in OP above.

New tires for rumpo and ambulance (they share same tires).
Also reduced all tires' polycount by 50-70% - one went from 60-70k to 20k for example. (Yes, yes, 20k is still high. I'm sorry.).

Another tire done (For monster, monstera, and monsterb - they also share same tire).
So far the tires in this .pak are associated with 13 vehicles (there are more vehicles that share the same tires - I just haven't looked all yet).
