[SA] Walter's Brown Streak (WIP)

Follow the damn train CJ!

Ported Walter's streak and streakc train models to GTA SA (streak/streakc replacements).
Walter's Brown Streak is adapted to Anim Train, VehFuncs, SkyGFX (mobile), and uses 2DFX omnis as head/tail lights.

v1.8.1:
Fixed light onmi bug (for RenderHook).

v1.8:
Added 2DFX light omnis to streak/streakc eliminating the need of trains with lights mods.
Upscaled streak's interior texture 4x with ESRGAN and then downscaled 2x.
Moved from Kam's 3DSMAX script to The_Hero's 3DSMAX script (to combat z-buffer fighting bug it returned and reduce mb size of streak/streakc dffs).
And minor bug fixes, and adjustments.

v1.7:
Streak's Wheels now rotate forward. Fixed z-buffer fighting bug. And etc bug fixes.

v1.6:
Bug fixes (mostly texture related).

v1.5:
Added light effects (head/taillight textures now light up at night time). Added vibration to more parts. Bug fixes.

v1.4:
Fixed streak's messed up roof. The black things above the hooks between streakc's are now "connected".

v1.3:
Height of streak/streakc lowered. Col fixes. Etc bug fixes.

v1.2:
Added SkyGFX reflection for streak's mirrors (Mobile vehicle pipeline recommended), and Vehfuncs' vibrating feature
for the bottoms of streak and streakc, and some bug fixes.

v1.0:
Converted Walter's Brown Streak train models to GTA SA (streak and streakc replacement).

Install:
Put "Walter's Brown Streak" folder in modloader (download: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2015/01/SA-Modloader.html).
