Gang fight each other in the street

I found this script brought by Big Gangster Mod very interesting. And because It's a big and very inclusive mod, I didn't install it yet. But something interested me in this mod, it's the ability for NPC Gang Member to fight each other during a gang war started by their own. It would be interesting if there is a mod to do the same thing in vanilla GTA SA.

That happens in a similar event in gta vcs where the gangs attack eachother hangouts/empire buildings and it's random you could get bikers or sharks anywhere in the city and they attacked you too ofc, it is very cool and it is one of the best gang systems in entire gta franchise. There gang wars in tlad but they were only just gang fights you couldn't get the turf or something i don't remember it very well...
